- The mechanical technician will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, repair and overhaul of mechanical systems used in the energy industry, such as compressors, compressed gas valves and regulators, pumps, generators, motors and turbines, and conducting tests and inspections on mechanical equipment; servicing of scuba diving equipment, and designing and installing compressed gas systems.
- Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
- Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
- Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
- Monitor ad-hoc plant projects/tasks to ensure on time delivery.
- Perform work orders allocated by Department Heads and/or Engineers

- Candidates with a mechanical engineering degree(not essential), or with experience as a machinist is preferred.
- Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven with good working attitude and possess keen learning disposition.
- Proven attendance record and works well in a team
- Able to keep a clean and tidy workspace.
- Candidates who can swim or are willing to learn to swim are further preferred.
- The job may require travel outside of Myanmar for training from time to time, so candidates should hold a valid passport.
- Clean driving license is preferred.
- Candidates should be good with their hands (have dexterity) and have well-developed critical thinking skills.
