An Excellent Career Opportunity for an Experienced Retail Operations Leader

We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and strengthen our growing retail operations.

This role will oversee multiple retail stores and key Head Office functions, ensuring strong execution, operational efficiency, and consistent business performance.

* Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores and Head Office functions.

* Coordinate across Retail Operations, Finance, Inventory, Marketing, Digital Marketing, and HR to ensure smooth execution.

* Drive sales performance, customer service standards, operational efficiency, and team productivity.

* Monitor KPIs, SOP compliance, performance reports, and action plans across departments.

* Work closely with Store Managers and Department Heads to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution.

* Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and operational controls across stores and warehouse.

* Review key financial and operational reports and provide clear performance updates to management.

* Ensure Marketing and Digital Marketing activities are aligned with sales and business objectives.

* Support HR in monitoring manpower, staff performance, discipline, and team effectiveness.

* Report directly to the CEO / Owner with key updates, issues, and recommended actions.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Operations / Retail Management, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

* Retail industry experience is essential.

* Experience in multi-branch retail operations is highly preferred.

* Strong understanding of Sales Operations, Inventory Control, KPI Management, SOP Implementation, and Team Performance.

* Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Hands-on, results-driven, highly accountable, and able to take ownership.

* Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and consistently achieve targets.
