1. Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions and Inventory Management.
2. Oversee and monitor availability of stock.
3. Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses.
4. Plan and arrange logistics required shipments.
5. Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
6. Manage logistic & aware house staff and sale admin team
7. Maintain proper inventory levels for all product lines
8. Place replenishment/ on demand purchase orders with established suppliers.
9. Monitor all purchase orders to ensure the quickest delivery possible.
