  • Responsible for planning, teaching and guiding children in a school setting. Need to teach a range of different sports, and provide young people with an opportunity to develop and improve their social and physical skills.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to implement the mission and vision of the school ensuring children are working towards the stated outcomes. 
  • Ensure all subject related work is marked promptly and children are given feedback on how to make further progress. 
  • Able to know what equipment are required, how to organize the activity and how to differentiate the skill.
  • Demonstrate the ability to evaluate personal performance and make adjustments to provide more effective learning program for the children if necessary.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal development through regular, active participation in professional development activities.
  • Implement school policies on supervising children’s behavior and welfare.
