We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Plastic Surgery Consultant to join our medical facility. As a Plastic Surgery Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and assistance to patients considering plastic surgery procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting consultations, educating patients about available procedures, discussing potential risks and benefits, and assisting them in making informed decisions. We are looking for a candidate with an interest in beauty aesthetic, excellent communication skills, ,excellent sale strategy and a compassionate approach towards patient care. Training will be provided.

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients interested in plastic surgery procedures, including face, body, and breast surgeries.
• Assess patients' medical history, current health status, and aesthetic goals to determine their candidacy for specific procedures.
• Provide detailed information about different surgical options, explaining the procedures, potential risks, expected outcomes, and recovery process to patients.
• Answer patients' questions and concerns regarding plastic surgery, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the procedures and realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with plastic surgeons and other medical professionals to review patients' cases, discuss treatment plans, and coordinate necessary pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Assist patients in selecting appropriate surgical options based on their goals, medical suitability, and budgetary considerations.
• Coordinate and schedule consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments for patients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medical history, consent forms, and treatment plans.
• Stay up to date with advancements in plastic surgery techniques, procedures, and technologies through continuous education and professional development.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure patient safety, privacy, and satisfaction at all times.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sale strategies to promote the plastic surgery practice, increase patient inquiries, and drive conversion rates.

• Knowledge of various beauty aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to facelifts, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, liposuction, and tummy tucks.
• Strong understanding of patient assessment, surgical risk management, and post-operative care protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
