We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics professional to support purchasing, shipment coordination, warehouse operations, and port-related activities for a manufacturing environment in Yangon. The role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth supply flow.
 

● Coordinate procurement activities, supplier follow-ups, and delivery schedules to support daily operations.
● Arrange inbound and outbound logistics, including shipment tracking, forwarding, and transport updates.
● Prepare and verify purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents for accuracy.
● Liaise with vendors, freight partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
● Monitor inventory movement, stock availability, and warehouse readiness to prevent operational delays.
● Support port clearance, customs-related documentation, and compliance with company procedures.
● Maintain proper records, reporting, and status updates for management review and planning.
● Assist in improving cost efficiency, lead time, and service quality across procurement and logistics.

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
● Experience in procurement, logistics coordination, warehousing, or port operations, preferably in manufacturing.
● Good understanding of purchasing processes, shipment handling, inventory flow, and basic documentation.
● Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and operational tracking.
● Able to manage multiple tasks, follow deadlines, and handle urgent issues with accuracy.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving operational and documentation problems.
● Familiarity with Yangon logistics routes, warehouse activities, and port procedures is an advantage.
