Maintain seamless communication with all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of new business projects, including the introduction of novel feed supplements, diagnostic kits, or veterinary related product lines.
Develop detailed project execution plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies in collaboration with the Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks (particularly in regulatory or supply chain domains), and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the entire process.
Conduct market scans and feasibility studies to identify lucrative new product categories, services, or market segments within the veterinary industry.
Act as the central communication hub between technical teams, regulatory affairs, sales, and procurement to align all departments during the project development and launch phase.
Work closely with the related team to ensure all project timelines are compatible with product registration and licensing deadlines.
Support the related managers in evaluating and executing new strategic partnerships, distributor agreements, or supplier relationships essential for project success.
Manage the handover process from the project phase to the operational phase, ensuring sales and logistics teams are fully prepared for the commercial launch.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Individuals holding bachelor’s degrees in Business Management, Project Management, Marketing, or a related scientific field such as Veterinary Science, Animal Science, and related disciplines are eligible.
Experience in the veterinary, pharmaceutical, or animal health sector is highly preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years in a project management, project coordination, or strategic development role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering at least two full project cycles (initiation to launch) involving multiple internal teams.
Excellent command of written and verbal English is mandatory for preparing business proposals and communicating with international suppliers/partners.
