- Periodically review all food safety procedures and instructions, to ensure they remain current
- Controlling the production process
- Controlling the production & maintenance checklist.
- Collect, analyze, and publish measurement data, to determine the root cause of process and product food safety problems and recommend action to resolve those problems

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
- Any Graduated (More prefer B.Sc(IC), B.Sc(Chemistry)
- Age between 28 to 45 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverages industry.
- Experience in implementation of food safety management systems HACCP, ISO 22000 and GMP.
- Able to use Microsoft Office Package(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
