Job Summary
Join Myanmar Starlit International Company Limited as a Project Sales Engineer in Yangon, Hlaing. You will support technical sales, develop client relationships, and coordinate project delivery for energy and utility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
● Identify and develop new business opportunities in Solar Sector. 
● Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations that match customer needs and project scope.
● Coordinate with engineering, technical, and HSE teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery.
● Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the sales cycle.
● Monitor project progress, support site activities, and resolve issues to meet timelines and targets.
● Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and follow-up plans to support pipeline growth.

● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
● Proven experience in project sales, technical sales, or engineering roles within relevant industries.
● Strong understanding of project-based solutions, client engagement, and quotation preparation.
● Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Myanmar.
● Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
● Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering/documentation tools is an advantage.
● Based in Yangon and willing to work in Hlaing, with site visit flexibility as required.
