*Assist in supervising the internal management , estimation , Development and construction of the business ,
*Checked and revised the construction drawings .
*Drafting building materials and calculation project quantity .
*Capable of integrating all drawings , familiar with the construction plan , procurement operations and understand the construction process .
*To control and audit for each project's budget regularly .

*Duties as per above captioned position and any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
*Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Review and take off bill of quantities for all trades
*Precise and detail calculations shall be applied
*Prepare tender documentation and call for tenderers
Evaluate and check all fee proposals by tenderers and make a comparison
*Control and distribution of quantities take off after calculation
*Check and review all progress claims by sub-contractors
*On site visits and check the progress as and when required
*Liaise with client – Architect, Structural Engineer, MEP Designer, Specialists Contractors
*Produce shop drawings, details drawings, sketches, etc., with the help of AutoCAD, free hand if required
*Assist and prepare authority submission – HIC, YCDC, Fire Department, etc.,
*Shall be comply with company QA/QC Documentation System
*Attend site weekly meetings and internal operation meetings as representitive of Owner.
*Assist and prepare Executive Weekly Report to Management Group
*Team work, positive attitude, can do spirit shall be applied at all time

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering
• 10 years experience in related field
• Diploma/Courses taken for estimation/quantity surveying
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
