Job Description

  • Report directly to Team Head of Relationship Management section.
  • Analyze and recommend appropriate service options for specialized customer needs.
  • Support customer service professionals when needed in handling day-to-day activities, and requests and maintaining relationships.
  • Lead a team to achieve the key performance sales indicators for deposit and cross-sell products.
  • Follow up and resolve client inquires / problems through interaction with clients, bankers, product partners, branch operations, and other staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coaching and mentoring of the Privilege Banking’s sales staffs.
