  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

  • Plan and conduct regular field visits to assigned sales territories

  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery

  • Maintain proper sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager

  • Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing campaigns

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Ensure product visibility and availability at key retail outlets

  • Monitor stock levels at retail locations and recommend replenishment as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (can apply at least grade 11 passd )

  • Between 20 to 40 years old

  • Sales experience in FMCG, distribution, or trading preferred (especially in tissue/paper products)

  • must be take sale route with YBS ( By bus)

  • Strong knowledge of Yangon or Mandalay city routes and customer areas

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Honest, reliable, and hardworking

  • Good team player with a positive attitude

  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
