Develop Product merchandising strategies (5Rs) to increase sales and attract customers

Analysis the report of (sale, stock, reject, complain and exchange) data

Manage the sale and customer service

Monitoring the stock level and maintain the stock limit

Train the customer service, product knowledge, sale strategies and product merchandising to all related members

Collaborate with the related team to reach the excellent level of shop operation

Ensure that the right time deliver the stock to all shop

Plan the project of department and the instruction of marketing director

Any Graduate.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising in the fashion industry.

Excellent design skills and strong eye for detail.

Strong Comunication and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of retail sales and marketing principle.

Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
