-Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals
-Manage digital marketing channels (Facebook, TikTok, Viber, Website, etc.)
-Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
-Coordinate with sales team to support lead generation and promotions
-Track and report marketing performance 
-Work with external vendors (agencies, printers, media) when needed

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

-3–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in trading,  or retail)

-Experience managing digital platforms (especially Facebook Ads)

-Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies

-Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop is a plus)

-Good analytical and reporting skills

-Strong communication and teamwork skills

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

-Willingness to stay at company-provided accommodation (warehouse hostel) as required by business operations
