On behalf of our Client, a leading freight forwarder. We are looking for a: Sales and Marketing Executive to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts market research to understand market/customer requirements, business opportunities and threats in order to develop potential trade lanes in line with the biz plan.
• Arranges meetings with potential customers and providing solutions & quotations to customers
• Provides feedback received from customers through customer survey and one-to-one interviews to support product development & enhance service performance.
• Maintains and strengthen relationship with existing and potential customers
• Reviews own performance by evaluating visit plans, action plans, target reports etc to meet or exceed monthly sales targets/budgets.
• Ensures a consistency of service quality by following standard operating processes/procedures and driving organizations quality improvement initiatives, in order to continually delight customers.

Job Requirements

• University degree or similar qualification in Business Management or related field.
• At least (5) years’ experience in Sales & Marketing
• Experience in Freight Forwarding industry is a must
• Excellent communication & good command of English.
