Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, strengthening the Shwe Pyi Hein Gold & Jewellery brand, managing customer engagement across both in-store and digital platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns, live sales, and promotional activities while maintaining the Company’s professional image and service standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
● Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
● Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service at all times.
● Explain product details accurately, including gold purity, weight, gemstones, pricing, and promotions.
● Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and preferences.
● Handle customer inquiries through Facebook, TikTok, phone calls, and other communication channels.
● Participate actively in live sales, online selling activities, and promotional campaigns when assigned.
● Participate in external events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
● Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
● Support stock checking, inventory tracking, and stock movement records.
● Assist in product tagging, pricing, packaging, and display preparation.
● Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and professional appearance of display counters, workspaces, and customer areas.
● Assist with order processing, packing, delivery coordination, and customer collection arrangements.
● Report any stock discrepancies, damages, losses, or operational issues immediately.
● Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotions.

Marketing Responsibilities
● Create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
● Appear in videos, photos, live sales, and marketing campaigns when required.
● Film, edit, publish, and manage social media content according to the content calendar.
● Plan, brainstorm, and propose content ideas that align with current trends and business objectives.
● Suggest new marketing ideas, campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
● Help maintain and strengthen the Company’s brand image and reputation.
Compliance & Professional Conduct
● Strictly adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and security requirements.
● Maintain confidentiality of customer information, business information, pricing strategies, sales data, and internal documents.
● Ensure no unauthorised handling of jewellery, cash, company accounts, or confidential information.
● Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and behaviour at all times.
● Demonstrate honesty, integrity, responsibility, and teamwork.
● Be punctual and maintain a high standard of discipline.

● Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Must be single.
● Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
● Good knowledge of jewellery products, including gold, diamonds, gemstones, and related terminology.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital marketing channels.
● Able to create engaging content, write compelling captions, and interact professionally with customers online.
● Comfortable appearing in live sales, promotional videos, and other marketing campaigns when required.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Creative, proactive, and able to generate new marketing ideas and campaigns.

● Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality of company information.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software is an advantage.
● Able to analyze social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and sales.
● Willing to participate in exhibitions, roadshows, live sales, promotional events, and other company activities.
● Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required for business operations or special events.
● Well-groomed, professional in appearance, and able to represent the image of Shwe Pyi Hein Gold & Jewellery.
