  • Generate New Business: Identify and acquire new B2B customers through online prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and field visits to grow freight and logistics sales.
  • Promote Logistics Services: Present the company's freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions to prospective clients.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding customers' shipping requirements and providing tailored logistics solutions.
  • Support Marketing Activities: Promote the company's services through social media, digital marketing, networking events, and other brand awareness initiatives.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly sales, customer acquisition, and shipment volume targets.
  • Coordinate with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
