Job Summary
Dynamic Sales and Marketing Senior Executive for an education and training company in Yangon. You will drive student enrollment, build strong client relationships, and support growth through effective sales campaigns and market outreach.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
● Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into enrolled students.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and partner organizations.
● Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and outreach activities to increase brand awareness.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve results.
● Prepare regular sales reports, performance updates, and recommendations for management.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development; education sector experience is preferred.
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
● Good knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution.
● Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
● Able to work independently and as part of a team in Yangon, Tamwe.
