*Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets
*Identify new business opportunities & sources of recyclable materials 
*Expand customer base (B2B & B2C)
*Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
*Handle sales negotiations and close deals successfully
*Monitor and report on sales performance, targets, and market feedback
*Maintain accurate sales records and customer database
*Travel to meet clients and support business development when required

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

Experience in B2B or B2C sales is required
Strong sales negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Excellent communication skills
Willing to travel when required
