Key Responsibilities (JR):
● Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review and analyze financial statements; assist in budgeting and forecasting.
● General Accounting &  Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile accounts; ensure accurate transaction recording.
● Tax Compliance &  Regulatory Reporting: Ensure tax compliance; prepare and file tax returns; assist in audits.
● Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Oversee invoice processing, payments, and reimbursements; monitor and reconcile accounts receivable.
● Financial Controls & Process Improvement: Implement and maintain internal controls; streamline accounting processes.
● Payroll & Employee Compensation Support: Assist in payroll processing; ensure accurate compensation recording.
● Collaboration &  Cross-Departmental Support: Work with other departments to
provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Minmum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
● Proficiency in accounting software. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● High attention to detail and accuracy.
● Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
● Ability to work independently and in a team.
● Strong communication and reporting skills.
