• Prepare Monthly Trial Balance, SOFP, SOCI & other notes 
• Prepare, record and file according to cash receipts & payment.
• Check daily bank (Deposit & Withdraw) in Bank Statement.
• Record Daily Accounting Transactions in Peachtree Accounting Software.
• Prepare up-to-date monthly receivable and payable report related with shops and report to reporting     manager.
• Apply the rules & regulations related to the tax law.
• Collect or pay the advance tax documents for sale and purchase transactions
• Prepare and verify data collecting and billing for revenue sharing on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for system backup
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head and reporting manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• CPA, ACCA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Over 35 years old
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory accounting role.
• Experience in servicing, trading or a related industry (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Prepare Monthly Trial Balance, SOFP, SOCI & other notes
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Peachtree accounting software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, tax filing, and auditing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage junior accountants.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing financial needs.
• Knowledge of local tax laws, corporate regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, Operations).
• Ability to train and mentor accounting staff.
