Job Summary
Ultra X Distribution is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and month-end closing in a fast-paced retail/wholesale environment. This role also supports cash flow control, inventory checks, and junior staff guidance.
Key Responsibilities
● Prepare accurate financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.
● Compile and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports on time.
● Handle taxation matters and ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations.
● Maintain the General Ledger and complete month-end closing accurately and promptly.
● Monitor daily cash flow and prepare forecasts to support business decisions.
● Strengthen internal controls to reduce stock loss and protect company assets.
● Record fixed assets and calculate depreciation correctly.
● Review and guide Junior Accountant tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
● Follow company policies, internal procedures, and management instructions strictly.

● Age 25 years and above.
● Bachelor’s degree in B.Com or any related business degree.
● LCCI Level 1, 2, 3 (UK) or ACCA Part 1 passed.
● Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
● Strong knowledge of taxation, financial statements, and month-end closing.
● Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
● Ability to supervise junior staff and maintain professional standards.
