Job Summary
MaximaxSolution is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Auditor to join our Yangon team in Yankin. This role supports audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting across financial, operational, and compliance engagements while helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and perform audit assignments, including risk assessment, testing, and documentation.
● Review financial records, accounting systems, and control processes to identify issues and improvements.
● Prepare clear audit workpapers, findings, and reports in line with professional standards.
● Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather information and resolve audit queries.
● Support audit completion by tracking issues, validating evidence, and following up on recommendations.
● Ensure work is accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting and audit requirements.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (B.Com, B.Act, D.A (LCCI), ACCA Part II, or CPA).

● Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and internal controls.
● 3+ years of relevant audit experience in an accounting, audit, or finance environment.
● Proficiency in preparing audit documentation, reports, and working papers.
● Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
● Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and teams.
● Able to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional approach.
