Creative Ideas & Digital Content

• Develop original digital creative ideas that answer the brief and support the broader campaign idea.
• Translate concepts into social posts, short-form videos, series, and other relevant content formats.
• Identify relevant trends and cultural opportunities, and adapt them meaningfully to each brand.

Copywriting & Content Planning

• Write headlines, taglines, captions, scripts, calls to action, and supporting copy in English and Burmese.
• Develop hooks, narratives, and execution references suited to TikTok and other social channels.
• Adapt tone and messaging to each brand, audience, platform, and communication objective.
• Develop content themes, calendars, and rollout plans, defining the idea, message, format, and purpose of each item.
• Plan content around agreed deadlines, budgets, production resources, and agency capabilities.

Briefing & Team Coordination

• Review briefs, ask useful questions, and clarify objectives, audiences, deliverables, and messaging.
• Develop clear decks and execution briefs, and present ideas internally and to clients with rationale and references.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, production, strategy, and account teams through development and delivery.
• Manage assigned deadlines, incorporate agreed feedback, and flag risks or delays early.

Insights & Quality Support

• Use audience insights, community feedback, and performance findings to improve ideas and future content plans.
• Proofread all assigned copy for grammar, spelling, accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before delivery.

Collaboration & Agency Culture

• Work closely and professionally with colleagues across departments and partner teams.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and availability for office work, client meetings, productions, and other scheduled agency commitments.
• Support a collaborative, accountable, and positive agency culture.

• Ideally 4–7 years of agency experience in copywriting, digital creative, or content planning, with senior-level capability.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital creative ideas, copywriting, and social content planning.
• Strong spoken and written English, with fluent Burmese copywriting skills.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and other social channels, local culture, audience behaviour, and content trends.
• Based in Yangon, Myanmar.
