We are looking for an experienced Senior Creative & Brand Manager to lead our Creative Department, manage brand growth strategies, oversee marketing campaigns, and drive creative excellence across all brands.
The ideal candidate must have a strong agency background, leadership experience, campaign planning expertise, influencer marketing knowledge, and a solid understanding of digital advertising platforms.
Position Summary
The Senior Creative & Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the company's Design, Content, Video Production, and Brand Communication teams while ensuring that all campaigns, creative assets, and marketing initiatives support business growth objectives.This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge creativity, branding, content, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
## Creative Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and manage the Creative Department, including Design, Content, Video Production, and Creative Operations teams.
• Develop team structures, workflows, SOPs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Assign projects, manage workloads, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Conduct weekly planning meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve productivity and creative quality.
• Build a high-performance creative culture focused on execution and results.
## Brand Strategy & Campaign Planning
• Develop and execute brand strategies for all company brands.
• Plan and oversee product launches, seasonal promotions, awareness campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• Create integrated marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Website, E-commerce, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Work closely with management to align creative initiatives with business goals.
## Influencer & Celebrity Marketing
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, KOLs, celebrities, actresses, presenters, and brand ambassadors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, influencers, talent managers, and public figures.
• Negotiate campaign deliverables, budgets, contracts, and partnership terms.
• Manage influencer campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
• Coordinate commercial shoots, content production, events, and promotional activities involving influencers and celebrities.
• Evaluate influencer performance, engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
## Digital Marketing & Advertising Collaboration
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to develop effective advertising creatives.
• Understand Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and social media boosting strategies.
• Review ad creatives, campaign messaging, and customer acquisition funnels.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend creative improvements to improve engagement, leads, and sales.
• Understand audience targeting, retargeting, creative testing, and conversion-focused marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with media buyers and marketing teams to maximize advertising performance.
## Project Management
• Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Improve internal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build scalable creative workflows that support company growth.
• Solve operational bottlenecks and improve team efficiency.
## Quality Control
• Review and approve creative outputs before publication.
• Ensure high standards across content, design, video production, and advertising materials.
• Maintain brand consistency, professionalism, and creative excellence.
• Continuously improve creative quality and production standards.

Mandatory Qualifications
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Advertising Agencies, Creative Agencies, Digital Marketing Agencies, Branding Agencies, or related environments.
✔ Minimum 2 years of leadership or managerial experience.
✔ Proven experience managing Design, Content, and Video Production teams.
✔ Strong understanding of:

  • Branding
  • Graphic Design
  • Content Marketing
  • Video Production
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Digital Advertising

✔ Experience managing multiple brands and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
✔ Strong project management and organizational skills.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience working with E-commerce, Retail, Beauty & Cosmetics, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Brands.
⭐ Strong network within the influencer, media, entertainment, advertising, or creator industry.
⭐ Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and celebrity endorsements.
⭐ Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Boosting, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Advertising, and Performance Marketing concepts.
⭐ Experience building creative departments, workflows, and team structures.
⭐ Experience handling annual campaign planning and marketing budgets.
⭐ Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar creative tools.
