Responsible for developing and implementing solutions as scalable web applications and deploying running environments from development to production.
Analyze the company’s operational, financial data and the other performance related data using statistical techniques and find digital solutions.
Study the current practices of the company and define new improvement opportunities.
Translate designs and wireframes into high quality, clean, high performing, reusable, reliable and organized code.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, automatization and responsiveness of the application.
Perform regular testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Work with databases and data storage solutions to manage and access data efficiently.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, third-party APIs, SQL Server, etc.).
Work with departmental managers to support them with specific data needs.
Work closely with project/product managers, team leads, quality assurance engineers, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements, design user-friendly applications, and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure seamless integration between low-code and pro-code solutions, regardless of platform.
Provide ongoing support for the management.
Support the team with any necessary tasks as requested or required.

Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, IT or a relevant field or graduate in any degree.
Ample working experience developing web applications using Backend (PHP – Laravel, Node.js, MySQL) and Frontend (HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, React.js) tech stacks.
Experience with low-code platforms (Power Platform or other equivalents) is a plus.
AWS Cloud, Linux, LAMP/LEMP stack, Data flow and structure, Git and DevOps skills are important.
Understanding of Client-Server Architecture, REST API, Web Application Security.
Have interests in financial products and services.
Good project management skills with high attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both English and Myanmar.
Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player.
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with a high level of integrity.
Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadlines, in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, Word) and other tools for analyzing data and system design.
