Job Summary
Senior Medical Representative responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role also supports junior team members and helps ensure market success.
Key Responsibilities
● Visit doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.
● Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
● Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends and competitor activities.
● Provide mentoring, guidance and training support to Junior Medical Representatives.
● Prepare accurate sales reports, customer feedback and market updates.
● Recommend strategic actions based on market insights and competitor movements.
● Ensure all activities follow company policies, procedures and ethical standards.

● Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Science or a related field preferred.
● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
● Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
● Sales-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently.
● Experience in team guidance, mentoring or leadership is an advantage.
● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
● Good relationship-building skills with doctors, pharmacies and healthcare staff.
● Able to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
