Job Description

• Conducting site survey and assessment to determine the feasibility of residentials, commercial and industrial solar projects
• Preparing conceptual design with solar production estimates and prepare technical proposal
• Strong knowledge in solar designs tools by using solar software such as Helioscope, Homer, PVSysts and Sketchup + skelion
• Prepare system SLD and solar system design drawing by using Auto CAD
• Understanding electrical codes, standards and design procedure
• Creating design including work scopes, complete BOQ and specification as per requirements
• Manage to meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments the design constraint depend on costing
• Study and test for new products and technology required for the projects
• Communicate with oversea products supplier for technical supports and other requirements
• Conducting and communication with installation team/contractor member for requirements on site
• Leading in testing and commissioning of the system

Skills Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in BE Electrical Engineering
• At least 2-3 years of experience in solar installation and design field
• Strong understanding in Solar System Topology (On-Grid, Off-Grid and Hybrid System)
• Must have experiences by using PVSyst, Helioscope, Homer, SketchUp and Auto CAD.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards related to solar power and renewable energy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
