Job Summary
Join Fone Club Phone Spare Parts in Mandalay as a Warehouse Accountant. This role combines inventory oversight with accounting support to ensure accurate stock control, smooth warehouse operations, and reliable records in a fast-paced retail/wholesale environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Maintain accurate inventory records and support daily stock control activities.
● Record warehouse transactions, check discrepancies, and report variances promptly.
● Prepare and update spreadsheets and reports using advanced Excel tools.
● Coordinate with warehouse and accounting teams to keep data accurate and timely.
● Support stock counts, reconciliation, and document filing for audit readiness.
● Monitor inventory movements and help improve warehouse control processes.

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; school-related matters must be cleared.
● Age around 22 to 30 years old.
● LCCI Level 1, 2, 3 (UK Pass) or ACCA F2/F3 passed.
● Proficient in Advanced Excel and comfortable handling data.
● Able to perform inventory control and stock reconciliation tasks.
● At least 2 years of experience in accounting-related work.
● Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work responsibly.
