  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Introduce company products and direct customers to the appropriate sales personnel.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
  • Record customer information and prepare daily visitor reports.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Administration departments.
  • Perform general reception and administrative duties.
