  • Receive order and answer of customer phone and inquire
  • Daily allocate order and way to delivery team’s responsibility person.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Report to related supervisor about competitor’s update information.
  • Perform to promote, sell products and services to customers
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Report to Sales & Marketing Manager of Daily & Monthly Sales data.
  • Daily conduct, maintain and check Showroom’s cleaning & decoration (Air con, Lighting and painting, etc.)
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly contact to customer for customer care and service.
  • Handling & Negotiation customer complaints and inquire.
  • Problem solving about customer service complaints
  • Daily sales income and list report to Finance and Sales & Marketing Department

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Any Graduated. Plus certificated in Sales / Marketing/ Customer Service
  • Preferable Diploma in Sales Management (or) Marketing Management
  • At least 2-years above solid experience in related field.
  • Good in computer skill
  • Fair in English-4 skills and preferable good English speaking
  • Good in presentation & communication skill
  • Strong selling skill, customer service skill and listening skill
