KING Construction Co., Ltd is a professional design-and-build

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer 
to join our growing team in Yangon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities on a 
  daily basis to ensure work is carried out according to approved 
  drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Review structural and architectural drawings, BOQ, and method 
  statements before and during construction.

• Monitor and control construction progress against the project 
  schedule and report updates to the Project Manager.

• Ensure all works comply with Myanmar National Building Code 
  (MNBC 2025) and ACI 318 structural standards.

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP 
  engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on 
  concrete, formwork, rebar, masonry, and finishing works.

• Maintain accurate site records including daily site reports, 
  material delivery records, and inspection logs.

• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project 
  delays or cost overruns.

• Ensure all workers follow safety rules and site regulations 
  at all times.

• Assist in preparation of progress claims, variation orders, 
  and material submittals when required.

• Attend site meetings and technical discussions with clients 
  and consultants.

• Support the Project Manager in handover documentation and 
  snag list completion at project close-out.

Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site work
• Knowledge of Myanmar National Building Code (MNBC 2025) preferred
• ASEAN Engineer or PE certification is an advantage

Technical Skills:
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and BOQ
• Knowledge of RCC construction, formwork, and concrete works
• Familiar with ACI 318 standards and structural compliance
• Experience with ETABS or AutoCAD is a plus
• Understanding of soil, foundation, and drainage systems

Site Management:
• Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
• Ensure quality control and safety standards on site
• Monitor project timeline and report progress to Project Manager
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and clients

Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player with a proactive attitude

Other Requirements:
• Must be able to work on-site full time
• Willingness to travel to project locations
• Proficiency in Myanmar language required; English is a plus
