    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with the mall’s marketing objectives.
    • Identify digital trends, tools, and new opportunities to strengthen online visibility and customer interaction.
    • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to integrate digital campaigns with offline mall events and promotions.
    • Manage official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with engaging and consistent content.
    • Create monthly content calendars and oversee content creation (photos, videos, captions).
    • Monitor social media analytics and optimize content to drive engagement and reach.
    • Handle customer inquiries and comments professionally through online channels.
    • Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
    • Any ad-hoc JD assigned by management.

    • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital tools.
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
