We are seeking an experienced Structure Site Engineer responsible to MOS establishment, material submission and supporting communication and coordination between Chinese contractor technical team and Thai subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and government authorities. This role is focused on local-based and on-site cooperation, technical alignment and regulation compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Methodology & Technical Guidance: Lead the development, review, and submission of Method Statements (MOS). Provide expert technical guidance for on-site civil construction and structural installation.
• Design Review & Clarification: Proactively identify discrepancies in structural drawings and manage the Request for Information (RFI) process to ensure all technical queries are clarified and documented.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all structural and civil works strictly adhere to Thai national standards and regulations (e.g., Building Act B.E., TIS, DPT, and relevant local bylaws).
• Quality Control & Inspections: arrange inspections for structural/civil materials and on-site installations. Manage the related documentation, including Material Submittals and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Liaise between Chinese contractor team and Thai local subcontractors, consultants,suppliers and government authorities.
• Translate and clarify technical requirements during the interface phases.
• Assist in coordination meetings, technical clarifications, and submission processes.
• Communicate effectively with Thai authorities regarding permits and inspections.
• Can be changed to work as QAQC site engineer also

1. Graduated from CIVIL engineering major, with  civil engineer certificate, preferred.                                                    
2. Familiar with structure integration and civil engineering related work.
3. Knowledge of Data Centers is preferred (not mandatory, but prior experience is a significant advantage).
4. Onsite technical experience is highly desirable. At a minimum, a solid understanding of Shop Drawing,material and site installation is required.         
5. Good understanding of  Thai electrical codes and regulations(e.g., Building Act B.E., TIS, DPT, and relevant local bylaws).
6. Excellent communication skills, dynamic, and proactive.
7. Willingness to work on site.
8. Must have over 4 years of relevant professional work experience and be under 40 years of age. 

9. Proficient in English and can communicate fluently as a working language;                  

10. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage and may substitute for moderate English.
