  • Daily Closing of Cash and Bank Books.-
  • Record the Petty Cash Register and Advance Control Sheet.
  • All treasury related files are documented properly.
  • Check all the In/Out transactions by using internet banking.
  • Data Entry in Odoo for all cash and bank transactions.
  • Print out all the receipt voucher forms and properly filing.
  • Weekly cash count and keep daily cash balance in safe.
  • Assist team to open/close the bank accounts and adding signatory if needed.
  • Any task assigned by Line Mananger

  • Bachelor’s degree, LCCI  Level(3) in accounting
  • Over 3 years worked experiences in relevant field
