•    Translate users research findings into actionable UX/UI plan
•    Design and validate new experiences via mock-ups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts
•    Participate in optimizing company’s overall information architecture and cross-team design explorations
•    Evaluate current UX/UI & propose enhancement and Produce exciting concept designs and design overhauls
•    Compile users’ reviews and prepare Touch Points Reviews Report
•    Perform users research to gather data on User Effort
•    Propose UI for touch points
•    Revise and update designs and documentation through user testing and customer feedback
•    Project-lead the UI development with developers/product team;
•    Support the training on importance & impact of good UX/UI on CX

•    Have at least 3 years of solid experience designing for both web and mobile
•    Expert at Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, and/or other design applications
•    Working experience in users research, product prototyping and users’ testing
•    Must be able to present multiple design options as well as collect a variety of feedback from different business stakeholders
•    Comfortable working in teams as well as running project independently
•    High maturity in personal skills as well as teamwork methodologies
•    Fast learning and effective communication
•    Ready to take on new initiatives in fast paced environments
