Supervise Operations: Directly oversee all daily warehouse activities from Monday to Saturday, managing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch for FMCG products.

Inventory Control: Lead cycle counting and physical counts to ensure high inventory accuracy. Enforce proper stock handling, FIFO/FEFO principles, and organization.

System Management: Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and managed using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP in real-time.

Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate outbound scheduling, truck loading, and dispatch planning with sales/logistics teams to meet delivery targets efficiently.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in workflow, procedures, and warehouse layout to boost productivity and space utilization.

Team Leadership: Train, mentor, schedule, and manage performance for all warehouse staff (inventory and logistics teams).

Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all company and national safety regulations regarding machinery operation and product handling.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in warehouse operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably within the FMCG or Distribution sector.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficient with WMS/ERP systems for inventory tracking. Strong knowledge of inventory control (cycle counts, FIFO).

Language: Fluency in Burmese (essential) and good working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
