• Develop and review well intervention engineering programs (slickline, coil tubing, etc.)
• Perform feasibility studies and risk assessments for well operations
• Prepare and review technical documents required for approvals
• Provide engineering support for offshore well operations, including troubleshooting
• Supervise and support on-site well intervention and wellhead maintenance activities, as required
• Interface with well service contractors, including technical evaluation and SOW preparation
• Maintain well documentation, engineering records, and post-job reports
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices (API, ISO), and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Petroleum Engineering preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Solid understanding of production, reservoir, drilling, and well completions
• Hands-on experience in well intervention activities, including workovers, wireline, and well testing
• Good knowledge of oil and gas industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Good command of English (verbal and written); competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently in offshore operational environments
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide multi-disciplined teams.
• Holding current offshore survival and BOSIET training compliance certificates (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills with a proactive, safety-first mindset.
