• Making/preparing activities related to the curriculum to be taught.

• Children's emotional development; Discipline to be polite, old man parents Teaching teachers to be respectful.

• Participating in school activities.

• Must attend meetings and trainings called by the school regularly.

•           ဘာသာရပ်ဆရာ/ဆရာမ သည် အပတ်စဉ် Lesson of the week များစစ်ဆေးခြင်း။

•           သင်ကြားရမည့် သင်ရိုးနှင့်ပက်သက်သည့် Activity များကို ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း/ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။

•           ကလေးများ၏ စိတ်ဓာတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ မြှင့်တင်ပေးခြင်း၊ လိမ္မာယဉ်ကျေးမူရှိရန် ဆုံးမခြင်း၊ လူကြီး၊ မိဘ၊ ဆရာမသမားများအား ရိုသေလေးစားမှုရှိစေရန် သင်ကြားပေးခြင်း။

•           School Activity တွင် ပါဝင်လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရခြင်း။

•           ကျောင်းမှခေါ်သော meeting and training များအား ပုံမှန်တက်ရမည်။

•  Must have graduated from any university.

• Must have 1 (1) year of experience in teaching.

• Must have expertise in the subject he teaches.

• Willingness to learn and be able to actively participate in activities.

• Must be willing to work for his own way up.

• Must be able to treat students with affection and kindness.

• Must be able to follow the rules and regulations established by the school.

• Willingness to develop better teaching methods.

•           တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရပြီးဖြစ်ရမည်။

•           သင်ကြားရေးတွင် လုပ်သက် (၁) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။

•           မိမိသင်ကြားသည့်ဘာသာရပ်တွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုရှိရမည်။

•           သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး activities များတွင် တက်ကြွစွာ ပါဝင်နိုင်ရမည်။

•           မိမိတက်လမ်းအတွက် ကြိုးစားလိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်။

•           ကျောင်းသူ/ သားများအား ချစ်ခင်ကြင်နာစွာ ဆက်ဆံနိုင်ရမည်။

•           ကျောင်းမှ ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများအား လိုက်နာနိုင်ရမည်။

•           ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သောသင်ကြားရေးနည်းလမ်းများကို တီတွင်ဖန်တီးလိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်။
