Responsible for overall quality related audits and inspections at assigned region. Audit and inspect to ensure PM / CM, Power equipment's Installation & Commissioning ( I & C ) and Fuel filling work are met according to the required quality standards. Ensure site’s automation systems are operated as per initial configuration set up. Identify and initiate non-conformity in preventive approach and fix and rectify technical issues at sites. Verify and audit major assert breakdown issues at sites. Recommend technical suggestions to rectify major non-conformity in issued Non-Conformance Report ( NCR ). Validate rectification works are completed as per corrective actions from NCR feedback. Responsible to issue NCR and follow up till closure of issued NCR within the timeframe. Responsible to keep control of QA warehouse inventory stock as per company’s ERP system. Ensure own personal safety precautions during the site audits. Ensure you achieve planned site audits as per monthly KPI Target. To be provide troubleshooting support on sites and service recommendations. Support ad-hoc duties assign from superiors during the audits at sites.
Purpose of the role The role is critical in ensuring accurate system design, compliance with electrical standards, preparation of project documentation, and technical support from pre-sales to the project execution. Job Descriptions: 1. Solar System Design & Engineering Perform detailed site surveys and feasibility studies to assess solar potential, shading, and load profiles Calculate the solar yields, ESS/battery capacity based on the customer requirements Use solar simulation and design software (e.g., Helioscope, PVsyst, AutoCAD) to create accurate system layouts and energy yield reports Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), selecting proper solar structure types, and system sizing calculations for EPC proposals and execution Design and update Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), electrical schematics, and cable sizing to comply with electrical design standards Ensure integration with customer’s existing electrical systems (transformers, panels, gensets, grid, etc.) and provide recommendations 2. Pre-Sales Technical Support Collaborate with business development and pre-sales teams to provide technical proposals, drawings, and system performance estimates which include LCOE, IRR, and payback calculations Attend client meetings, clarify technical queries, and present engineering solutions confidently Assist in preparing RFP/RFQ responses with clear technical scope and compliance 3. Project Execution Support Provide technical oversight during installation to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards Perform quality checks on-site (mounting structures, wiring, inverter setup, grid interconnection) Conduct commissioning tests and prepare as-built documentation 4. Standards, Compliance & Safety Ensure all designs comply with electrical regulations and Myanmar EPC standards Prepare and review method statements and risk assessments for electrical works 5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Maintain accurate design records, drawings, and revision history. Monitor actual system performance against projections and recommend design optimizations. Stay updated with latest solar technologies, storage solutions, and hybrid systems to improve design quality
Handle incident mail for all clients in both Entitles (ATOM, Mytel, MPT & Ooredoo) Define each incident with monitoring platform by either power related issue or Non-power related issue Raised the tickets to O&M partner / directly to ground team Supervising ETA for ground team Driving to meet the minimized MTTR by ground team Communicate each client for time-to-time progress through multi-communication channel (Mail, Viber, WhatsApp, Signal) Responsible to share hourly Network status for internal team awareness Reporting daily for the quantity of incidents & Network downtime minutes, reconcilied with Each MS partner Responsible for 1st level escalation to RMS team if issue to Monitoring platform Work for data inputs to access logs of any activity (PM, CM, other attendance) Work 24*7 shift rotation
