Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and company policies for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Oversee the safe storage, handling, and distribution of medicines, cosmetics, skincare, and wellness items. Monitor and maintain product integrity, including temperature-controlled storage, expiry dates, and stock rotation (FEFO). Authorize and verify the receipt and dispatch of pharmaceutical and health & beauty products. Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to safeguard product safety and compliance. Train and supervise warehouse staff on correct handling, storage standards, and safety protocols for both medicines and cosmetics. Coordinate with procurement, merchandising, and inventory control to ensure product availability, avoid stockouts, and minimize wastage. Support store operations by ensuring timely and accurate product replenishment. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, product quality issues, or customer complaints related to pharmaceutical and health products. Maintain documentation and reporting for audits, inspections, and management review.
