Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets.

  • Identify and expand business opportunities with wholesalers, contractors, and bulk buyers.

  • Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with wholesale partners.

  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, trends, and competitor activities.

Distribution & Operations Management

  • Oversee inventory planning to ensure product availability across distribution channels.

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely deliveries.

  • Optimize distribution networks to reduce costs and improve service levels.

  • Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and demand forecasts.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage the wholesale sales team.

  • Set sales targets, track performance, and provide coaching for improvement.

  • Drive a performance-based culture with clear KPIs.

Financial & Reporting

  • Prepare annual wholesale sales budgets and forecasts.

  • Monitor sales performance against targets and report to management.

  • Ensure proper credit control and minimize outstanding receivables.

  • Analyze profitability by product, customer, and region.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in wholesale, sales, or distribution management within building materials, construction supplies, or related industries.

  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing wholesale distribution networks.

  • Excellent knowledge of building structural materials market dynamics.

  • Experience in contract negotiation and large-scale B2B sales.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
