Applying and preparing Export/Import License, Country of Origin, Form E, Form D, Phyto, B/L, Surveyor Report and so on. Negotiating with a variety of people, such as buyers, shippers and agents. Coordination with Operations Team. Post Documentations, preparing export & Import invoice, packing list and so on. Coordinate with clearance agent and clearance process are done timely and cargoes are cleared out from port as fast as possible and report to HOD. Carries out Custom clearance administrative duties. Maintain good relationship with related government offices and shipping lines.
Monitor project implementation schedule. Oversee construction, installation, testing and commissioning for MEP. Verify the contractor complete work are in time with contract. Assessment of all MEP related material sample submission. Ensure technical aspects are complied with contract/ spec/ dug & BOQ.
