Carlsberg Myanmar brews two international brands – Carlsberg and Tuborg, as well as two local favourites - Yoma and Black Eagle, that are all distributed and sold nationwide. Ensure the product quality is maintained by prevent risk of microbiological contamination following the Company’s policy on Quality, Health and Food Safety. Practices the company’s policies on health and safety, food safety and hygiene. Perform microbiological testing and ensure that all samples are tested and completed on time according Carlberg Operational Manual (COM) using the appropriate sampling procedures, test methods and good laboratory practices. Ensure proper reporting of results and maintenance of records. Maintain an in-depth understanding of microbiological techniques and test methods. Operate, maintain and trouble-shoot laboratory equipment. Notify the appropriate department/supervisor/Manager of any “out-of-spec” or erroneous results, of retests or other issues or problems with samples and analyses identifying and reporting any quality issues and ensure corrective or preventative actions are carried out and completed to the root cause of the issue. Prepare and submit sales performance reports to Area Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales data summaries and provide historical sales data for outlet renewals. Perform outlet-level sales analysis. Process and track sales orders in systems such as SFA and NAV. Check, release, and upload daily orders; reconcile FOC orders (X+1, promotions, contracts, SFT programs). Manually calculate seasonal promotional FOC and verify system accuracy. Update store master data, customer dumps, and map SE & outlet criteria. Create, update, and amend route consolidation reports and deactivate routes when necessary. Manage contract status and ensure execution for new outlets via CMS. Maintain contract records and follow up on service requests. Calculate monthly incentive achievement reports. Assist in tracking key performance indicators for ASMs and SEs. Maintain and update asset lists, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability. Coordinate with sale teams to address asset-related requirements and ensure accurate tracking. Support resolution of order-related system issues and urgent operational needs. Conduct damage surveys, reporting, and analysis post-natural disasters impacting offices or customers. Respond promptly to ad hoc requests from sales teams and management.
Repair and maintain the electrical system of Brew and Process, Packaging, Utility Plant. Core Responsibilities : Adhere to the company policies on health, safety and environment, food safety and hygiene. Comply with all safety standards and regulations provided by the company. (e.g LOTO, Work Permits, etc.) Able to handle of Fire Fighting system and components. (Fire[VR1] pump, Fire engine, and fire alarm & monitoring system) Comply with Carlsberg's Excellence System (e.g; Visual management, 5S, Performance management system, Gemba Kaizen). Comply with Workshop management system (Tools management, Consumable parts management, Document management). Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and conditional based maintenance to increase equipment reliability and up-time. Perform the troubleshooting of the machine breakdown. Repair and maintain the operating condition of production, and processing machinery and equipment (motors and motor control system such as soft-starter, VFD control) Perform the Instruments Calibration as per schedule. Perform troubleshooting of machine automation including PLC system. Repair and maintain of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic control system, Actuators, positioner. Repair and maintain of Field devices such as photoelectric sensor, proximity sensor, pressure sensor, level sensor, temperature sensor and transmitter, etc., Maintaining the Power Substation and Power Distribution station. Repair and maintain the smooth operating of Diesel Generators. Complete accurate and timely documentation of maintenance records, work orders and task records. To perform the ad hoc duties as required by management. Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance/electrical support.
Maintain packaging lines, including starting and stopping of equipment. Accurately complete and update information forms and logs. Raw materials:( keep bottle caps, labels, cartons, trays, shrink wraps, hot melt glue, and glue) in adequate amounts to ensure the continuous smooth running of equipment and operation. Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for reporting all quality defects or issues/concerns. Ability to work in all assigned areas of packaging; perform relief duties when required. Perform package change-overs on equipment as required. Use of hand tools to perform change-overs. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment with regards to cleaning and clearing them of debris and materials. Assist maintenance with machinery repair or other tasks as needed. Watch the flow of materials, i.e. cans/bottles/boxes/trays/kegs, etc. into an appropriate machine. Ensure that all equipment is on and functioning properly prior to starting a run. Required to set up lines from bright tanks to beer line manifolds to keg/can/bottle lines. Ensure correct beer in those lines. Must do a visual inspection of packaging material to ensure the current product is used. Must ensure proper coding is on the bottle, cans, boxes/trays, and kegs. Monitor machines while running. Check to see that all bottles/cans/kegs are packed into boxes and on pallets correctly. Understand and follow safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Ensure that all packaging equipment and the packaging area is completely 100% clean and sanitary, ready for the following days production. Handle chemicals according to proper safe handling procedures.
Receiving malt and rice containers and intake into silo. This includes data entry into log sheet, coordination with QA and warehouse. Milling process including aspiration system, destoners, separators, milling systems, weighting scale and conveying system Preventive maintenance (Cleaning, lubrication and inspection) as per schedule Troubleshooting and reporting of downtime Brewing process including material intake, material transfer, brewing operation (Braumat V6), additives addition, CIP of brewing vessels, water tanks, CIP vessels and process lines.
Business Partnership & Demand Shaping – Own market demand intake and prioritisation; translate needs into actionable requirements for Regional/Product teams. Product Adoption & Value Realisation – Plan and execute local rollouts of global/regional products (e.g., D365, SFA, DMS, etc.), including change, training, and hypercare. Track OKRs and adoption. Ensure alignment with local business needs and regulatory requirements. Measures: cutover success, time to adoption, feature utilisation, value KPIs agreed with product owners. Local IT Support & Service Management – Oversee IT systems and service performance; manage local IT vendors/providers; ensure SLA adherence. Financials & Vendors – Contribute to regional IT planning and budgeting; own market IT budget forecasting, cost optimisation, and vendor performance/contracts. Drive for Senior Manager, Sales to his destinations (mostly long-haul trips) in comfortable, safe and timely manner. Drive for employees during office hour for their business purpose when Senior Manager, Sales is at HO Vehicle is well maintained according to maintenance guideline and procedures. E.g. Engine oil, tyre, general inspections etc. Writing on daily log sheet, overtime record, petrol usages and submit timely to manager. User's signatures are recorded with acknowledgement after used. Carrying out daily inspection checklist before using car to ensure vehicle is safe to drive. Following instructions on do and don'ts notice to all vehicle users. Follow safety rules and regulations all the time.
Responsible for ensuring the availability of required starting materials to meet the production schedule. To assist the Supply Planner with the feasibility of RM/PM. Is responsible for collaborating with the warehouse in detailed materials scheduling tasks; materials call-off and providing visibility of incoming materials. Is the first point of material coverage for the long-term production plan horizon. Is to track the planned and actual consumption of materials according to the norms and to perform RCA if needed. Responsible for planning materials with near expiries or expired to deplete them. Responsible for Planning innovations or project materials orders with the alignment of the Supply Planner respecting the innovation/projects network & alignments.
