Carlsberg was established in 1847 by J.C.Jacobsen. Today, the Carlsberg Group has become one of the leading brewery groups in the world, with a large portfolio of beer and other beverage brands. Responsible for ensuring the availability of required starting materials to meet the production schedule. To assist the Supply Planner with the feasibility of RM/PM. Is responsible for collaborating with the warehouse in detailed materials scheduling tasks; materials call-off and providing visibility of incoming materials. Is the first point of material coverage for the long-term production plan horizon. Is to track the planned and actual consumption of materials according to the norms and to perform RCA if needed. Responsible for planning materials with near expiries or expired to deplete them. Responsible for Planning innovations or project materials orders with the alignment of the Supply Planner respecting the innovation/projects network & alignments.
Facility Management Oversee regular repairs and maintenance, office renovations, workforce planning, and workplace enhancements for the head office and depots to ensure operational efficiency and a conducive working environment. Plan, source, allocate, and maintain office furniture, including the assignment of workstations, chairs, tables, cabinets, and other necessary items to support employee workspace requirements. Ensure that all claims related to third-party service management are properly reviewed and approved in accordance with established procedures. Ensure continuous improvement of third-party services in alignment with organizational standards, contractual obligations, and compliance with Myanmar Labor Laws. Coordinate with procurement and business units on uniform ordering, employee care pack, ferry transportation, catering service and etc. Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of employee services, including issue employee ID cards, uniforms, business cards, employee care packs, and other related items. Prepare and propose budget plan for facility and security area. Monitor and report monthly expenditures related to facilities, and security to ensure alignment with the approved budget plan. Oversee third-party service providers including pest control, ferry transportation, and security operations across Head Office, Brewery, and Depots. Any other ad-hoc facility related tasks assigned by People & Culture Director. Crisis management coordination Coordinate communication and activities between the Myanmar Crisis Management Team (CMT) and the Group CMT. Responsibilities include recording and distributing meeting minutes, ensuring the implementation and regular updates of crisis management plans and dawn raid guidelines. Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new members on the crisis management plan and C3 platform usage. Security Management Oversee security operations across all locations and coordinate effectively with external security service providers to ensure a safe and secure working environment Oversee the implementation and maintenance of effective security systems, including access control and other related measures, to ensure the safety and security of all facilities.
Adhere to the company policies on health, safety and environment, food safety and hygiene. Comply with Carlsberg's Excellence System (e.g., Visual management, 5S, Performance management system, Gemba Kaizen). Responsible for the daily operation of assigned utility systems such as CO2 recovery system, Ammonia cooling plant, generator, electrical distribution system, water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, Diesel boiler and firefighting system. Ensure the assigned utility systems are operating efficiently and effectively. · Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or disruptions in service. Ensure all utility operations comply with Carlsberg standards. Perform accurate records and documentation related to utility operations. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and conditional based maintenance to increase equipment reliability and up-time for all utilities plants. Complete accurate and timely documentation of maintenance records. Able to work in Shift rotation and overtime as assigned. Develop and execute annual trade marketing strategy and plan bases on shopper, consumers, brand, and customer insight that support short- and long-term business objectives. Develop, implement, and evaluate promotions to optimize ROI on trade marketing budget using pre and post analysis Responsible for preparation of the annual promotion plan in cooperation with brand and sales Teams. Pro-actively participate and conduct meetings with sales and brand team. Manage process of developing and implementing Trade Marketing activities with high customer satisfaction. Engine oil, tyre, general inspections etc. Writing on daily log sheet, overtime record, petrol usages and submit timely to manager. User's signatures are recorded with acknowledgement after used. Carrying out daily inspection checklist before using car to ensure vehicle is safe to drive. Following instructions on do and don'ts notice to all vehicle users.
