Deliver and facilitate in-house training programs to develop employees’ skills and competencies. Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective training delivery and tracking. Identify training needs (TNA) and prepare annual/quarterly training plans aligned with business objectives. Coordinate and liaise with external training providers for outsourced training programs. Lead and manage the performance appraisal process across all departments. Develop, monitor, and review KPI frameworks to ensure fair and consistent performance management. Key Responsibilities Design and develop creative visual content for packaging, labels, product branding and marketing collaterals. Create advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media content, and digital campaigns . Work on motion graphics, animations, and video editing for product promotions. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure designs reflect brand guidelines. Use creative tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) to produce high-quality designs. Ensure all designs are brand-consistent, innovative, and attractive to FMCG consumers. Support in trade marketing materials such as POSM (Point of Sale Materials), display stands, and event visuals. Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
