The Warehouse Manager at Cho Cho Industry Ltd. will oversee and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods. This role is critical to maintaining the company’s supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management
• Plan, organize, and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatching.
• Implement and maintain effective warehouse layout and workflows to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Inventory Control
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Implement robust inventory management systems to track goods movement and reduce losses.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory integrity.
• Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring a high-performance team culture.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Promote a safe and inclusive working environment, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols.
• Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and efficient inbound processes.
• Manage transportation schedules and third-party logistics providers to optimize delivery performance.
• Address and resolve issues related to shipping, receiving, and storage delays.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and warehouse productivity.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute cost-saving initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance
• Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with local laws and industry standards.
• Conduct safety training sessions and drills for all warehouse staff.

• Any Graduate, Certificate (or) Diploma in Logistics Management.
• Understanding FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, and presentation knowledge.
• Knowledge of ISO, GHP, HACCP and SAP system.
• Minimum (5) years experience in store field and must have (2) years experience in management level.
• Able to strong in software uses.
