Good Brothers’ Co., Ltd. was founded in 1991 by five brothers from Mandalay, partnering to incorporate what had previously been an informal family business of agriculture machinery.

Five Brothers from grassroots origin in Shan State began through “horseback trading” to establish the corporation what has now came to be known as GBS Group.
