Overall Responsibilities The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall sales performance, operational efficiency, and development of the assigned branch. This includes achieving sales targets, managing branch resources, and ensuring alignment with GRG objectives. Sales Management Achieve branch sales targets and drive overall branch growth. Break down sales targets by channels (Volume and Cash). Conduct weekly follow-ups on target achievements. Meet all WS-A and select WS-B customers as per monthly schedule. Set daily/weekly plans for sales teams and monitor performance. Review monthly operational strengths and weaknesses and implement corrective actions as needed. Financial & Operational Oversight Review detailed debtor lists weekly and monitor overdue accounts daily. Review and verify monthly expenditure reports from the Branch Accountant. Regularly check cash balances (book vs. actual). Review and approve supply chain and sales expense documents. Market & Channel Management Monitor exclusive outlets through channel teams as per market visit schedules, and take necessary corrective actions. Conduct monthly market visits and report findings to Head Office. Set quarterly rolling forecasts for the branch. Communicate marketing information and promotions from Head Office to the sales team promptly. Ensure all promotional and marketing activities are clearly explained to the operations team. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate closely with TOSC, Finance, and Trade Marketing teams to achieve sales and operational goals. Conduct cross-functional meetings (Sales, Trade Marketing, TOSC, QC, and Production) every two weeks. Collaborate with HC and Admin to implement and comply with relevant policies. Team Leadership & Development Train and guide sales staff on channel objectives, sales targets, and performance expectations. Explain corporate and sales strategy maps to all branch and sales staff according to schedule. Lead and supervise branch administration and operations effectively. Reporting Prepare and submit monthly BSC (Balanced Scorecard) reports to Head Office. Prepare and submit monthly market visit summary reports to the National Sales Manager. Conduct and document regular meetings with functional teams to review sales performance, collections, and operational updates.
Strengthen the capabilities of the Fire Safety Section, which is responsible for fire prevention, fire precautions, and first-aid firefighting. Conduct door-to-door inspections in all areas to raise fire awareness and minimize fire risks. Inspect water pipelines, hydrants, ground tanks, and overhead tanks across all areas to ensure readiness for firefighting operations. Maintain and replenish firefighting equipment as needed. Monitor high-risk hot works, such as electric welding and cutting, within the factory. Screen employees to prevent matches, cheroots, and cigarettes from being brought into the factory or warehouse. Inform and train employees on fire safety practices and first-aid firefighting skills. Install and maintain fire safety signboards throughout the factory to promote fire awareness. Educate employees on responding to emergencies, including fire, flood, and other disasters. Conduct monthly fire drills in accordance with company policy. Record fire safety activities and submit reports to the Plant Manager. Develop the factory’s annual fire safety plan to ensure proactive fire risk management. Provide advice and support when designing or setting up new offices and factories to ensure proper fire protection systems are installed. Actively participate in all fire safety operations, including prevention, precaution, and firefighting efforts. Remain on standby in coordination with the Admin Department during all emergencies (e.g., political unrest, natural disasters, or man-made incidents). Oversee and manage the Fire Safety Management System. Provide clear guidelines for the fire safety team.

The role requires hands-on experience with machine operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to achieve production targets efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain Auto & Semi-Automatic Filling Machines, Auto & Semi-Automatic Capping Machines, Monoblock (auto rinsing, filling, and capping), and labelling machines. Ensure machines run at rated capacity with minimal downtime. Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of machines. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce machine breakdowns.
Sourcing, researches and compares suppliers, goods, and services, request cost proposals, negotiate and select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, cost-efficiency, and awarding of contracts, PO for materials and services that meet the required specifications and quality of GRG. Develop procurement strategies by monitoring, determining inventory levels and purchase needs. Resolving supply, quality, service, and invoice issues with suppliers. Diligent, self-motivated and able to manage relationships with suppliers and other business units, both locally and regionally. Support superiors in various aspects such as operational and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth function to align supply, requirements and compliance to protocols and procedures. Evaluate supplier’s performance based on the organization’s criteria. Able to lead a team to meet deadlines on time in full deliveries of assigned goods or services. Undertake any other necessary duties as assigned. Execute sourcing for packaging materials and development of new suppliers to ensure alternative sources of supply. Ensure the quality of the raw materials meets GRGI specifications. Work with suppliers to address quality issues that do not meet agreed upon standards. Deploy the bid event (bid/tender) if needed for getting the right source of required packaging materials to supply. Ensure contracts are in place for all suppliers of all goods inclusive of terms and conditions, payment terms and delivery schedules in accordance with the requirements. Responsible for assigned purchase activities like sourcing, price negotiation, price comparison, issue Purchase Order and get PO confirmation receipt from suppliers and performs bid analysis and make recommendations for procurement of packaging materials. Execute the purchasing process of product related goods and services for packaging materials to ensure that all required items for production use are called off on a timely need basis. Follow up with the supplier/transporter for the deliveries. Maintains cooperative working relationships with vendors to align with current trends and technologies, products and services. Market survey and analyze the market trends and the data recorded for present and future pricing availability, lead-time, and capacity of packaging materials. Prepare monthly operation reports and supplier performance evaluation (SPE). Assess and prepare the check lists for supplier performance and take corrective and preventive action. Record the due diligence and business requirement documents systematically for supplier database to support specific requirements in time. Countercheck the data & documents in accordance with ISO procedures. Produce and maintain a supplier price history database to capture and assess the supplier’s price, quality and service performance. Manage and develop existing and potential supplier pool and update the approval vendor list. Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail identifies and researches potential new suppliers. Performs other duties as assigned. Research and compare suppliers, goods, and services. Preparing and processing purchase orders.
