Coordinate with Hosts, DJs, and Announcers, and create programs such as music, news, and other categories for broadcast. Work with sponsors/clients to arrange advertising spots and program sponsorships. Collaborate with other departments such as Reporting, Production, and Media for indoor, outdoor, and online promotional activities related to the radio station. Be available to attend outdoor activities even on public holidays if required.

The Program Director (PD) is responsible for the end-to-end production of innovative and entertaining programs across various platforms, including television, radio, and digital media. This includes budget management, program review and broadcasting, as well as collaboration with advertising teams. Research , select the topic base on trend, audience favor, broadcasting platforms requirement . Depend on the topic , need to prepare the shooting concept, plan, presentation style and making the shooting concept plan. Task allocate, location scott, shooting equipment readiness. Communicate and confirm the interviewee, location, arrange internal shooting schedule and process. Instruce shooting display , assit in interview section , solving the probelm in time. Script edit ,communicate with video editor for the video edit concept and idea . Check the audio , typograpy , visual , tempo and so on . Research, planing,script writing , interviewing, making shooting plan,organize shooting and follow up the production process till the project closing.
