• Prepare and write scripts for assigned programs and complete audio recording on time.

• Continuously research and study educational, cultural, entertainment, and general knowledge topics, and present content that is relevant and suitable for the assigned program to the audience.

• Be able to communicate and interact with audiences through social media platforms.

• Be able to take photos and videos for indoor, outdoor, and online promotional activities related to the radio station, and be available to participate in outdoor activities on public holidays when required.

• Be able to meet and fulfill monthly performance targets and work requirements.

• မိမိတာဝန်ယူထားသည့် အစီအစဥ်အတွက် Script ပြင်ဆင်ရေးသားပြီး အချိန်မှီအသံသွင်းရပါမည်။
• သုတ၊ ရသ၊ အသိပညာ ဗဟုသုတဆိုင်ရာ အကြောင်းအရာများကို အမြဲစူးစမ်းလေ့လာပြီး မိမိအစီအစဥ်နှင့်လိုက်ဖက်သော အကြောင်းအရာများကို ပရိသတ်ထံသို့ တင်ဆက်မျှဝေပေးရပါမည်။
• Social media မှတစ်ဆင့် ပရိသတ်နှင့် အပြန်အလှန် ဆက်သွယ်ပြောကြားနိုင်ရပါမည်။ 
• Radio station နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်သည့် indoor/outdoor/online promotion activities အစီအစဥ်များအတွက် ဓာတ်ပုံ၊ ဗွီဒီယိုများ ရိုက်ကူးရနိုင်ပြီး အများပြည်သူအလုပ်ပိတ်ရက်များတွင်ပါ Outdoor activities များ ပြုလုပ်ပါက လာရောက်နိုင်ရပါမည်။
• လစဥ် လုပ်ငန်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များကို ပြည့်မှီအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရပါမည်။

English Version

• Priority will be given to candidates who are able to work long-term with the company.

• Must be proficient in at least two languages among Myanmar, English, and Chinese, with strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Clear and pleasant (or distinctive) voice is required. (Certificate required)

• Must have a strong desire to build a career and gain recognition in radio, television, and online media by turning personal passion and talent into a profession.

• Must be highly interested in and familiar with topics such as Asian and Western music trends, films and dramas, and local and international arts and entertainment activities.

• Must have an interest in the nature, mindset, and culture of the media industry, and be able to apply this understanding in practice.

• Must be willing to continuously learn and develop knowledge and skills related to job responsibilities.

• Must possess strong research and creative skills, be patient, friendly, and cooperative, able to work well in a team, and have good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be able to complete tasks on time and be willing to work outside office hours and on public holidays when required by job needs.

• Must be willing and able to travel when required.

• ကုမ္ပဏီမှာရေရှည်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူကိုဦးစားပေးပါမည်။ 
• မြန်မာ၊အင်္ဂလိပ်၊တရုတ် အနည်းဆုံး ဘာသာစကာ ၂မျိုး ရေး/ဖတ်/ပြော/နားထောင် ကျွမ်းကျင်ရပါမည်။ အသံကြည်လင်ပြတ်သားခြင်း(သို့) ထူးခြားရပါမည်။ (Certificate လိုအပ်)
• မိမိ၏ ဝါသနာ၊ ပါရမီနှင့် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းကို ရေဒီယို၊ ရုပ်သံ၊ အွန်လိုင်းများတွင် ထင်ပေါ်ကျော်ကြားချင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အာရှ၊ အနောက်တိုင်း ခေတ်အလိုက် ဂီတရေစီးကြောင်း (သို့) ရုပ်ရှင်၊ ဇာတ်လမ်းအကြောင်း (သို့) ပြည်တွင်း/ပြည်ပ အနုပညာလှုပ်ရှားမှု စသည့်အကြောင်းအရာကို အကျွမ်းတဝင်လေ့လာပြီး စိတ်ဝင်စားနှစ်သက်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• မီဒီယာလုပ်ငန်း၏သဘောသဘာဝ၊တွေးခေါ်မှုနှင့်ယဥ်ကျေးကို ကြိုက်နှစ်သက်ပြီး လက်တွေ့အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။    
• လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်နှင့်ဆက်စပ်သည့်ပညာရပ်များကို အမြဲလေ့လာသင်ယူလိုသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
